Cancellation / Refund

All purchases are final!

Refunds are only possible when an event is cancelled and not postponed or rescheduled. Under the extraordinarily rare circumstances in which an event is cancelled or government restrictions on stadium capacities are implemented, TicketsQueen.com will refund everything except for the service fee (variable processing & administrative expenses). A credit, in the form of a voucher code, for the full value of the service fee, will be provided to customers for application towards future orders, voucher has no time limit. The value of the refund is for the price of tickets and shipping only, as TicketsQueen.com has the right to retain its booking fee to cover variable processing and administrative expenses, under Consumer Law. If an event has been cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be contacted by our customer service to arrange your refund. In the rare event, a customer does not receive their tickets in time for a match (for an event that is not cancelled), a full refund will be issued to the buyer.

Can I cancel my ticket?

Tickets that have been purchased can only be cancelled by the event organizer.

Can I change my ticket?


If you have purchased a ticket, but wish to make a change to your order (e.g. change the ticket category, change the number of purchased tickets or the specific match), please contact us via Contact Us page.

Please note that it can be necessary to cancel your current order and re-purchase your desired tickets. Your ticket can only be cancelled or changed by Tickets Queen, so please first contact us to find out if it is possible to cancel/change your tickets.

When will I receive my refund?

The processing of your refund will start after Tickets Queen has cancelled your ticket/ order, or the event has been cancelled.
The refund will be handled by the debit/credit card company that was used for the purchase of the tickets.

Depending on your bank, card company and payment method, it can take between 14 to 21 business days before the refund is reflected on your card statement.

If the refund date lies before the cutoff date of your credit card, the refund will be settled in this months credit card bill.
