Is ticket purchase secure?
For all credit card ticket purchases, Ticket Queen has taken extra care to ensure your financial information is secure and protected. We use the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to ensure the communication that occurs during the purchase process is safe and secure. For extra security, Tickets Queen never stores your credit card information.
Will I receive a confirmation email after I have ordered my tickets?
After your order has successfully completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
* If you use convenience store/ATM payment to purchase a ticket, the order confirmation email will be sent approximately five minutes after the purchase.
* If you use a credit card to purchase a ticket, there can be a delay of approximately 1 hour for the payment to be completed. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
